The R3 is ideal for deployment in any number of aggregate mobile crushing and processing applications. It is fully equipped with a magnetic separator, afterscreen and return conveyor. Its small transport dimensions and capacity of up to 200 tonnes an hour make it a very compact high performance impact crusher. The R3 features user-friendly controls and easy access for maintenance and replacing wear parts. The impact crusher has a 37.8″ x 30.3″ (960 x 770 mm) infeed opening and a rotor diameter of 1060 mm.

Starting at 40.800 kg (without options) and 47.900 kg fully equipped in a closed circuit version, the R5 has a capacity of up to 400 tonnes an hour; making it a highly productive impact crusher with the best cost per ton ratio available in the industry. The R5 features user-friendly controls, great access for maintenance and replacing wear parts, including a hydraulic tilting chassis. The impact crusher has a 800 x 1050 mm infeed opening and a rotor diameter of 1260 mm.

Starting at 49.000 kg (without options) and 57.500 kg fully equipped in a closed circuit version, the R6 is perfect for high production and high capacity applications. It has a capacity of up to 500 tonnes an hour. The impact crusher has a 900 x 1280 mm infeed opening and a rotor diameter of 1260 mm. The R6 has the longest Heavy Duty Scalping Screen (1300 mm x 3000 mm) in the market to reduce wear of the hammers and to improve product quality and production capacity.
