The Keestrack H4e cone crusher’s innovative design combines 3 machines in a single pass, crushing and separating 4 different fractions at once. This allows owner-operators to run one machine vs. 3 which results in reduced equipment and maintenance costs. Used in primary, secondary, tertiary, or quaternary crushing, this machine is designed to tackle the toughest rock and ore. This machine is designed with a 36” Sandvik hydrocone and can handle feed sizes up to 7” in size with a throughput of 250 tonnes per hour.
The first of its kind, the H4 track mounted cone crusher comes standard with a hybrid engine; a 345 kW/330 KVA diesel/generator module and 132 kW electric drive for the crusher and electrifying other machines such as a conveyor or screener. This design substantially reduces fuel consumption by burning roughly 30 litres an hour. The Keestrack H4 is in a class on its own with advanced output capacity, production quality, and reduced operational costs.

Designed with a large triple deck after screen 1,500 x 3,600 mm (5’ x 12′) the H4e cone crusher can produce up to 3 quality-sized crushed products on a single chassis. When combined with the optional 1,200 x 1,800 mm (5′ x 12′) pre-screen 4 fractions can be achieved.
The genset on the H4e cone crusher is removable improving engine access and allow the engine to be placed away from the dusty abrasive environment during operation which in result lowers the service cost and extends the longevity of the unit.
The removable genset of the H4e can service as a power source to secondary machines such as an independent screener like the Keestrack K4e or a stacking conveyor like the Keestrack S1e and S5e, further offering additional fuel savings.

Keestrack focuses on state-of-the-art drive technologies and sophisticated processing concepts. From the use of modern communication technology and telematics for remote plant control and maintenance management to the use of high-strength steel in the machine frames and superstructures, Keestrack never compromises on quality with uncompromising standards. Anything less than exceptional doesn’t make the grade.
Keestrack is dedicated to delivering the best-in-class for all their customers, so they design every Keestrack crusher, screener, and stacker from the ground up to be highly efficient and cost-effective. These many individual innovations together set Keestrack apart. Their promise of performance in every detail means they go the extra mile to set the standard within their sector.
In 1996 Kees Hoogendoorn and his wife Annet Schoenmaker started Keestrack with an ambitious vision: to build the world’s first direct feed scalper. Today, they proudly lead the way in mobile screening and crushing technologies. Their belief in the importance of family gives them the confidence to push further and try harder. They are 100% privately owned and managed by the Hoogendoorn family, with the idea of family at the heart of everything. The result gives an unshakable belief in Keestrack and their ability to succeed.
