This Keestrack R3 Impact Crusher is the top compact crusher in the industry. It provides optimal results and product shape with one of the lowest equipment costs. Combined with its easy transport dimensions, superior fuel efficiency, and high capacity, it’s ideal for primary and secondary crushing, construction and demolition, and concrete or landfill recycling.

The R3 is equipped with a vibrating punch plate pre-screen, a large inlet opening, and vigorous 44″” rotor resulting in optimal reduction ratios and a capacity of 250 tph. To prevent jamming, the hopper is designed using a unique asymmetrical shape that aids in turning elongated boulders. Superior design and top of the line materials such as Hardox steel used within the hopper, frame, and wear plates result in an increased lifespan of the machine and reduce maintenance. Coming in under 30 tonnes this machine is easy to transport, making it the perfect machine for contractors on the move.

The Keestrack R3 is available with the conventional diesel-hydraulic drive or as a fully hybrid Keestrack R3e with a diesel-electric drive and electric plug-in power supply. Thanks to the 235-kW EU IV Volvo diesel engine and 300 kVA generator as the on-board energy source, the new Keestrack R3e also remains fully autonomous and highly flexible.

Fuel efficient

The R3 impact crusher features a low emission diesel drive with loading sensing hydraulics. This offers upwards to 20 – 30% in fuel savings compared to traditional diesel drives. The R3 can also be equipped with a full diesel-electric hybrid system delivering up to 70% fuel efficiency and lower maintenance costs.

Robust rotor

Designed with the largest rotor in its class, the R3’s rotor weighs in at 3,200 kg (without bearings). The weight is distributed towards the outside of the rotor which results in a much more efficient crush with increased energy and inertia while improving throughput.

Integrated pre-screen

The R3 is designed with an integrated vibrating pre-screen. Fines can either be removed or stockpiled as an end product. Removal of the fines from the material before entering the crusher results in increased productivity and an extended lifespan of the machine.

User friendly controls

The intuitive Relytec control panel is user friendly and easy to replace in the unlikely event of failure. It features one-press sequential start-up and shutdown, at a glance machine and production metrics and central adjustability with historical logs.
