Matec Screentec Vibrating Incline Screen
Sandtec guarantees the recovery of 95% of fines over 75 microns and is highly accurate in the elimination of excess fines.
Screentec washes and separates materials into reusable end products, such as gravel, coal, crushed stone, slag, recycled materials, and concrete, with high efficiency.
You can install up to 4 decks and can choose among several media options. Screentec consists of a deck-holding body suspended on helical springs, a central protection guard for the steel alloy shaft, a mesh tensioning system, grease-lubricated protected bearings, adjustable eccentric weights for output variation, a rear feeding chute, and hoppers bolted onto the front of the machine for material discharge.
