Introducing a groundbreaking mobile crushing solution, the newly developed Keestrack I4e tracked mounted reversible impact crusher is pioneering a unique concept in aggregate processing technology. Utilizing an innovative RIC (Reversible Impact Crusher) system, this machine can be used in secondary and tertiary crushing.
Design features include a variable sizing crushing chamber, a robust 1100 mm diameter rotor, and electronically monitored hydraulic gap adjustment, enabling it to accommodate feed sizes up to 250 mm while consistently producing high-quality end products as fine as 0/2 mm in a closed-circuit setup .
Combining secondary and tertiary crushing functionalities into one highly mobile solution, the Keestrack I4e is an excellent alternative to cone or vertical impact crushers, especially given its high production capacities ranging from 100 to 250 t/h, lower wear rates, superior end product quality (including grain shape), and significant energy savings, particularly in sand production (0/4 mm: approximately -30% compared to cone crushers and -30 to -40% compared to VSI impact crushers). These advantages are further enhanced by the electric ZERO drive concept, supported by a dedicated drop-off engine/gen-set consisting of a 447 kW diesel engine and 300 kVa generator.

The newly released Keestrack I4e mobile reversible impact crusher provides versatility in crushing applications, catering to both natural stone and recycling needs.
The crusher is equipped with a reversible rotor that allows for the crushing bars to be flipped and used in both directions, extending the lifespan of the wear parts and optimizing the crushing efficiency.
With a large variable crushing chamber, the I4e can accommodate feed sizes up to 250 mm, providing flexibility in processing different materials. It consistently produces high-quality end products, with sizes as fine as 0/2 mm in closed circuit, meeting the demands of various applications
The I4e combines secondary and tertiary crushing functionalities into one highly mobile solution, providing a cost-effective alternative to traditional mobile cone crushers or vertical impact crushers.
The I4e offers significant energy savings compared to other crushing technologies, thanks to its advanced electric ZERO drive concept and drop-off engine/gen-set configuration, resulting in reduced fuel consumption and operating costs.
Keestrack focuses on state-of-the-art drive technologies and sophisticated processing concepts. From the use of modern communication technology and telematics for remote plant control and maintenance management to the use of high-strength steel in the machine frames and superstructures, Keestrack never compromises on quality with uncompromising standards. Anything less than exceptional doesn’t make the grade.
Keestrack is dedicated to delivering the best-in-class for all their customers, so they design every Keestrack crusher, screener, and stacker from the ground up to be highly efficient and cost-effective. These many individual innovations together set Keestrack apart. Their promise of performance in every detail means they go the extra mile to set the standard within their sector.
In 1996 Kees Hoogendoorn and his wife Annet Schoenmaker started Keestrack with an ambitious vision: to build the world’s first direct feed scalper. Today, they proudly lead the way in mobile screening and crushing technologies. Their belief in the importance of family gives them the confidence to push further and try harder. They are 100% privately owned and managed by the Hoogendoorn family, with the idea of family at the heart of everything. The result gives an unshakable belief in Keestrack and their ability to succeed.
