2026 FL-7203FSP Feeder Screen Plant (#1160)

The 7203 Feeder Screen Plant is a highway-transportable screening plant built around a JCI 7203 screen. It combines a 15-yard hopper, adjustable grizzly, 36-inch feeder, overhead feed conveyor, cross conveyors, and under-screen conveyor into one plant package. The design gives operators controlled feed, access around the screen, and the conveyor layout needed to separate and move finished products efficiently.

• 15-yard hopper with AR400 liner sections and adjustable feeder discharge gate
• 8.5-foot x 15-foot tri-bar grizzly with adjustable bar spacing in 2-inch increments
• 36-inch x 17-foot feeder with VFD-rated 20-hp WEG electric motor
• 42-inch x 48-foot overhead feed conveyor with hydraulic head-end lift for maintenance and transport
• Cross conveyor and under-screen conveyor package for product discharge and material handling
