– CEMA B – 5” [127mm] diameter, 3 roll, 35-degree trough idlers on 4’ [1.2m] spacing with close-spaced 20-degree idlers at feed point, 8’ [2.4m] spacing on flat steel return idlers

Belt
– 2 ply 220 PIW, 3/16” x 1/16” [4.8mm x 1.6mm] covers with mechanical fasteners

Power
– 500 TPH [454 MTPH] maximum capacity (100 pcf [1.3 tons per cubic meter] material). Class I Dodge® shaft mount gear reducers with backstops. 3/60/230-460 TEFC electric motors. V-belts, motor mounts and guards

Under Carriage
– Heavy-duty V-type with hydraulic powered twin cylinder raise, and cylinder covers
– Axle – gullwing type axle assembly. Includes walking beam travel axle with eight (8) 11-22.5 tires for road transport. Also includes four (4) fold-down 385/65D-19.5 tires for radial travel.
– Cam-arm style rear undercarriage, to maintain constant wheel radius when raising and lowering the conveyor
– Center heavy-duty tow eye- Kingpin, air brakes, travel, brake and directional lights and mudflaps
