Designed for processing the toughest rock in quarrying and mining applications, the B5 mobile track-mounted jaw crusher is designed with a wedge system and a high-stroke jaw.
Available in both a diesel-hydraulic drive and a plug-in electric hybrid version with a detachable drop-off engine module, the B5 crushing plant has the ability to crush feed up to 600 mm (24”) in size with capacities up to 400 tph.
It features a double-deck vibrating pre-screen which reduces fines from entering the chamber resulting in less wear and improved product quality. The hydraulic sliding frame improves serviceability while the load system hydraulic system reduces fuel usage by up to 25%.

Steel Hydraulic lines are used throughout the crusher. Offering many benefits including increased strength, improved safety, easier repairability and better heat distribution, these steel hydraulic lines improve the lifespan of the oils used in the crusher.
The B5 jaw crusher features load-sensing hydraulics which offers upwards to 20 – 30% in fuel savings compared to traditional diesel-driven crushers. The system automatically detects where hydraulic power is needed in the machine and adjusts accordingly. Fuel savings are achieved by reducing load when it is not required. The Keestrack B5/B5e jaw crusher is optionally available with the conventional diesel-hydraulic drive or as a full-hybrid e-version with a removable engine /generator compartment.
The Keestrack B5 does not require any support or stabilization legs. It can track around throughout the quarry and/or project site while continuing to crush material without any loss in power to any components of the machine reducing equipment downtime and allowing for site flexibility.
Keestrack uses anti-corrosive zinc-phosphate nano-powder surface protection providing a high-quality long-lasting finish of frame components and other plant key structures. Additional surface protection includes sand basting and a top cover powder coat. Combined these protect from corrosion, scratches, impact, chemical, weather, sun and abrasion.
Keestrack focuses on state-of-the-art drive technologies and sophisticated processing concepts. From the use of modern communication technology and telematics for remote plant control and maintenance management to the use of high-strength steel in the machine frames and superstructures, Keestrack never compromises on quality with uncompromising standards. Anything less than exceptional doesn’t make the grade.
Keestrack is dedicated to delivering the best-in-class for all their customers, so they design every Keestrack crusher, screener, and stacker from the ground up to be highly efficient and cost-effective. These many individual innovations together set Keestrack apart. Their promise of performance in every detail means they go the extra mile to set the standard within their sector.
In 1996 Kees Hoogendoorn and his wife Annet Schoenmaker started Keestrack with an ambitious vision: to build the world’s first direct feed scalper. Today, they proudly lead the way in mobile screening and crushing technologies. Their belief in the importance of family gives them the confidence to push further and try harder. They are 100% privately owned and managed by the Hoogendoorn family, with the idea of family at the heart of everything. The result gives an unshakable belief in Keestrack and their ability to succeed.
