Machines for Asphalt Recycling

Frontline Machinery has long been working with recycling companies, demolition contractors, and road and building construction firms to provide them with mobile asphalt screening and crushing equipment for producing RAP (reclaimed asphalt pavement). The process not only helps our environment and cuts down on landfill demand, but it can contribute toward asphalt LEED® points. Mobile crushing equipment is ideal for asphalt recycling as each machine is tracked mounted for portability and can be relocated around a single job site or transported to multiple job sites easily and efficiently.

MATERIAL PRODUCTION

When it comes to recycling asphalt, Keestrack has the latest technology and machine designs in the industry. For high production applications, the Keestrack R6 has a capacity of 500 tonnes/hour and the longest heavy duty pre-screen in the market for less wear and more productivity. For something both productive and compact, the Keestrack R3 is small but fully equipped with a magnetic separator, after screen, and return conveyor, while the Keestrack R5 has one of the best cost-per-ton ratios in the industry.

For screening repurposed asphalt, both the Keestrack K5 and Keestrack K3 are ideal compact direct feed screeners to keep the job on task and the material moving with ease. Separating 3 fractions at once, these machines can handle a wide array of applications from pre-screen to fine material precision screening.

The perfect pair to the K3 and K5 screener is the Keestrack S5 stacker conveyor, providing 75% of cost-saving capacity compared to manual wheel loading.
