Frontline Machinery is a family-owned heavy equipment dealership specializing in selling and renting of equipment for aggregate crushing and screening, wood grinding, waste shredding, and volumetric measuring technology. We cover from BC to Ontario, including the Yukon and NWT. We are looking for a MARKETING CONTENT SPECIALIST to join our team.
Based in our Chilliwack, BC head office and reporting to the SR. DIRECTOR OF MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, the role of the MARKETING CONTENT SPECIALIST will aid in creating and executing marketing campaigns. This in-person, full-time position is suited for a technically savvy marketer passionate about storytelling, brand development, and lead generation activities.
This is an in-office position based in British Columbia, Canada. Applicants must reside in the province, have reliable commuting options, and hold legal authorization to work in Canada.
Responsibilities:
• Administer, curate, and create content for the company’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and any other relevant platforms.
• Create and edit high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and digital initiatives, ensuring visually engaging and brand-aligned results.
• Capture content on-site and in the field.
• Create eye-catching designs and collaborate on complex marketing projects to ensure impactful visual content.
• Schedule, deploy and report on email marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products, services, and information.
• Showcase the brand and voice of the organization through creative writing for blog posts, e-blasts, advertising, web, and corporate communications.
• Schedule and create advertising content for third-party media, ensuring timely delivery, brand alignment, and compliance with publication guidelines.
• Manage and regularly maintain the company’s online equipment listings and marketplaces, and WordPress website
• Assist with project scoping and marketing campaign development.
Character, Skills, and Experience
• 2 years experience in marketing (B2B marketing preferred).
• Certification, diploma or degree in Marketing or a related study.
• Experience with digital content, social media, and email marketing platforms with a solid understanding of best practices and tactics for growth.
• Sound knowledge and use of Adobe Creative Suite applications including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and other related graphic design software.
• Experience with video editing software would be considered a strong asset.
• Comprehensive design, graphic and print layout knowledge.
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Impeccable English writing, grammar, and punctuation skills.
• Self-motivated, tenacious, and capable of working independently to achieve goals.
• The ability to multitask with and handle multiple projects at any given time.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deliverables.
• Willing to dig in and continually learn new things and build a knowledge base.

Frontline Machinery is a family-owned equipment dealership specializing in the sale and rental of equipment for aggregate crushing and screening, wood grinding, waste shredding, and volumetric measuring technology. We cover from BC to Ontario, including the Yukon and NWT. We are looking for MECHANICS to join our team.
Reporting to the REGIONAL MANAGER, the role of the MECHANIC is repair and maintenance of a variety of heavy equipment types and brands including crushers, shredders, screeners, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Perform service, repair, diagnostic, and preventative maintenance procedures on heavy-duty equipment
- Accurately and completely document on Work Orders all machine information, actions taken and time
- Ensure work is performed safely and to accepted standards
- Work on both customer and Frontline owned equipment
- Work inside and outside, in all weather
- Work is primarily during the week, but some weekend work is required as well
- Travel out of town is required
Character, Skills, and Experience
- Licensed Heavy-Duty Technician, or enrolled as an Apprentice or certified Journeyman in the Heavy-Duty Equipment technician trade or equivalent designated trade preferred
- Experience working on heavy equipment as a mechanic; previous experience with aggregate equipment is a definite plus
- Experience with hydraulics, welding, and electrical diagnosis and repair for electric over hydraulic systems
- Ability to perform repairs and required maintenance using special tools and equipment following Technical Manual procedures
- Capable of meeting the physical demands of the heavy-duty mechanic trade
- Willing and able to travel
- Valid driver’s license with reasonable abstract is required
- Ability to use electronic devices (i.e. tablet or iPad) for mandatory completion of paperwork
- Willing to learn new skills and machine types / brands
- Must work well under pressure and have a positive attitude
- Work well with co-workers and customers alike
- Integrity – position requires being honest and ethical
- Dependability – position requires being reliable, responsible, dependable, and the ability to fulfil obligations
- Ability to adapt and work well in a continuously changing environment
- Effective communication skills – both written and verbal
- Fluent in English
