Portable screening plant featuring the next generation LJ-TSV screen with high g-force oval stroke motion
The Cedarapids® CRS620S screen plant features the next generation, patent pending LJ-TSV screen. This screen increases production and handles applications not possible with traditional horizontal screens because it combines the legendary El-Jay™high g-force oval stroke motion with adjustable slope operation. This plant can handle larger deck loads and larger screen openings. Screen openings up to 6” (152mm) are possible. Hydraulics quickly change the screen slope in 2.5° increments up to a maximum of 7.5° to best fit the application.

Benefits
Adjustable Slope
The hydraulically adjustable screen can slope from 0º to 7.5º with 2.5º increments. The variable slope plant handles larger screen openings up to 6″ in size while effectively handling larger loads with reduced bed depth. The patented “Slant Spring” screen suspension provides consistent stability at all slope angles for full-length optimal screening action.
Maintenance-friendly
Cedarapids crushing and screening plants are designed with maintenance in mind. The CRS620S screening plant features conveniently located access panels and hinge guards, remote grease lines and grease banks, large service platforms, and a large lockable toolbox.
Superior belt system
The CRS620S is equipped with a 3-ply vulcanized conveyor belt with Cema C class belt components and guide idlers, Class II gearboxes, and reinforced shaft seals that resist blow-out.
Roll away discharge chutes
The CRS620S mobile screening plant is designed with heavy 3/’8″ AR 400 steel which can roll away with the optional hydraulics and rugged 4-section blend gates providing blending capabilities in 25% increments.
