The 4800CC closed circuit portable impact crushing plant from Lippmann is the ideal, completely self-contained, easy-to-transport crushing plant that offers the features contractors and aggregate producers needs.

Material passing through the impactor is rear discharged onto an oversized 48” conveyor, feeding a 62” x 10’ double deck screen. The 4800CC plant is capable of screening out three sizes of materials. The first and second decks are discharged onto 20” cross conveyors, while fines are discharged through an under-screen chute. The plant has been designed to easily allow for off plant conveyors to be positioned at all material discharge sites. Oversized material is re-circulated on a 20” return conveyor, feeding back onto the 4716 feeder for additional crushing.
