Benefits

High production screen box

The K7 scalper is designed for demanding screening applications looking to attain high production volumes. The K7 can process feeds up to 200mm (7 7/8″) in size and can process up to 1,000 tph.

Steel hydraulic lines

Steel Hydraulic lines are used throughout the K7. Offering many benefits including increased strength, improved safety, easier repairability and better heat distribution, these steel hydraulic lines improve the lifespan of the lubricants.

User friendly controls

The intuitive Relytec control panel is user friendly and easy to replace in the unlikely event of failure. It features one-press sequential start-up and shutdown, at a glance machine and production metrics and central adjustability with historical logs.

Heavy duty design

The K7 screening plant comes standard with a heavy-duty plate apron feeder, hydraulic folding hopper walls and HB 500 bottom and side liners for increased strength and durability making it suitable for any quarry and mining applications.
